2017 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker

UPDATE: I’m giving another star to the rating. Nash contacted me to see if we could work out an agreement which helped pay for 3/4 of the glass fix. I appreciate them working with me on this. —— Our sales associate Alex was very friendly. He took the time to sit with us and show us the car. Mike in finance was also very friendly and handled the transaction smoothly. My rating becomes a 3 star in the post-buying experience. When we got it home, it had been raining and we noticed there was water on one of the sunroof areas. Didn’t think much of it until a day or so later we realized it was cracked the entire length. We purchased the car on Friday and I contacted them on Monday with photos. I was told it wasn’t in their report and that it’s not covered so I should contact my insurance. This is poor service in my opinion for a vehicle that was not even purchased 72 hours ago. Make sure you FULLY inspect anything before driving away.

I was in the market for an Audi Allroad. I'm in Colorado and had found one here that fit the bill however, the dealer was over priced on the car and not willing to deal at all plus they were treating me as if I didn't have money. Terrible way to earn business. Ultimately it forced me to look elsewhere and I'm glad I did! On my searches I found a better optioned car with lower miles and a better price at Star Motors. I called and spoke with Alex whom immediately greeted me with professionalism and respect even though it I was remotely inquiring. After a bunch of questions were answered on the car and it's history I began my end of the deal to arrange payment and delivery back to Colorado. This was my second time buying a car out of state and remotely so I was relying on Alex a lot for confidence in my purchase. Over the course of about one week for the process Alex was very attentive and responded to my every inquiry immediately. After the paperwork was signed the shipping was carried out. The day the car arrived I was taken by surprise when the color was not as the website description and images had shown. Everything in the car ad (description & images) said it was a Brilliant Black car which is what I wanted and when it showed up it was dark blue. After brief discussions with Alex on the discrepancy we were able to come to an agreement so that the car that was delivered would still fit my fancy. 5 stars would have been given had the car arrived in the advertised color. Color aside, from start to finish I am still very happy with the overall purchase experience from Star Motors and Alex and would buy again when the time comes.

Bought my Tesla from here. Alex was a great salesman, didn’t push me to get the sale. No goofy dealership add ons, just quick and to the point here’s the price let’s figure out a deal. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend. The way this dealership conducts business should be a model for all other dealership.
