I was very pleased with the level of service I received from our salesman, Zach. An excellent young man. He was good at explaining each step in the process, checking on me so that the wait time didn't seem too long. He seems very proud of the dealership and the work he does there. Tyler in the finance department explained all the documents thoroughly. I'm happy with the entire experience. Zach already called to make sure I'm happy with the vehicle. I do hope Kia recognizes the quality of these employees.
