So, let me start this tome by saying I am very happy with my purchase from Advantage Chevrolet. Of course there are issues that come up, and a couple of hiccups, but that is the car buying experience “in person” and not online. My sales representative, Virginia LaTourette, was not only super accommodating and friendly, but she held my hand through the process and made my experience even more special. On top of her game, she knew most answers to my questions and what she couldn’t answer she found out the answer herself. I truly appreciate Virginia. As the process went on, I met Jeffrey Villacampa, finance manager. An experienced professional, he made what can be a very exasperating situation, into an enjoyable and enlightening experience. I have to say in my experience, this dealership has the complete package. From booking a service appointment on-line, to the text reminders of my appointment, to a physical phone call the day before to confirm my appointment. It all was perfect. Then there was the “checking in” my car and meeting my service advisor. Pete my service advisor was courteous, knowledgeable and overall fantastic and this is when he was also very busy and multi-tasking. He made time to hear my concerns and I felt like a valuable customer. Then there was Joe C. the mechanic that worked on my car. No matter how minor or challenging the issue was, it was addressed and solved the same day. Absolutely amazing! To top it off, this has to be the only Service center where your car is cleaner on the way out than when you brought it in. Amazing again! For someone who has been working in the service industry for nearly 30 years, I am totally impressed. I sure hope management acknowledge these employees dedication to their job. As It’s very well known that it’s the service employees that make the Product or Brand successful. Thank you Advantage Chevrolet for making my service experience a positive one. I have zero reasons to go anywhere else. Bravo!
