Not happy with the service department in regarding the paint protection coat and interior protection. Opened the hatch which still has light brown dirt on the bottom. Had Allen Crosby take it back to them. Return home took off Sim's plate and there was dirt behind it. Wasn't any paint protection! Now I have another appointment to go back again. Also, looking for a better interest car loan.
Thank you for valet service. It made having the install of the trailer hitch very easy and convenient. Stephanie did a fantastic job! I will definitely use Sim’s Buick again in the future if I should have any service needs.
