2019 Dodge Challenger R/T

The staff at Kia are so pleasant! My oil change and recall item were completed in less time than anticipated, which was great. Two issues that are just a matter of finishing a job right is that there was engine oil on the inside door armrest and the backseat was not put back into position after trimming a piece of excess rubber around a back window. I need to do some research to determine if the Kia practice of measuring tread to determine if the tires should be rotated has become the standard.

I had just taken a trip put me over my Ola change mileage. They got me in within two days make it really easy arrived my appointment. They greeted me by name. Had my car done within 30 minutes even washed it for me rotate my tires, which I did not ask them to do they did it as a courtesy, which I appreciate, checked out everything and walk me through step-by-step. I love going to a place that make sure my car is taken care of even after the original purchases made and not many dealerships. Take care of you long-term, which is why I bought a second vehicle from them.
