.I was not able to purchase my New Mitsubishi at this dealership. They did not hold that against me in my service experience. I was treated very respectfully and professionally. My service was performed in a timely manner. My service advisor was fantastic. The dealership is immaculate and has a lot of amenities and comfort for the customers in the waiting area. Again, I appreciated being treated just like a customer that had purchased their Mitsubishi at this dealership. I would like to return for all warranty and services that I would cover the cost on. They just left that good of a first impression.

Great facility, great staff! I worked with John Mahaffey. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he made everything really easy for me. I shared my financial restrictions early on and he never tried to push me to spend more than I was comfortable with, he simply presented realistic options based on what I was looking for. My family has been working with him for years as well. Would definitely buy from here again!

My car touch screen not working. Only 3 years 30k mileage. 10 year warranty. Can you please recommend my car touch screen fix. The re appointment time some charges and repairs require, that's un necessary. Like batteries good, the maintenance team asking for batteries ????changes. Which is no require. Car transmission oil changes require mention. I don't think as 30k anyone new car transmission oil change. Some problems mention that's fake. My attention to Mistibushi maintenance team to repair or fix touch screen issue my car.
