2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

I just wanted to say for my first car buying experience this was definitely the place to go Josh Morales and Spencer were both great guys to work with, they got me into the car I really wanted they even worked past close to sign some papers. You guys…. I just had THE easiest and BEST car leasing experience with Diego and Sterling at Larry H. Miller - Thornton. First of all, almost the entire transaction was done over text. YES, text!! But, that made it super convenient for me while balancing work. And, was actually my preference!! They had the exact car I wanted. In fact, I think it was the ONLY one in the state with the specs I wanted to replace my prior Jeep Compass that was totaled. I didn’t even test drive the car!! Came in the next day to finalize the transaction. Super easy!! Never felt pressured. Not once. They both worked SO HARD to get me a deal. They are really easy to work with, amazing personalities and just all around FUN guys!! They even shared their snacks with me while we waited for the Finance guy to free up. Diego and Sterling took care of EVERYTHING and genuinely wanted to ensure I left feeling really happy!! TRUST ME…. Don’t even waste your time going anywhere else!! Bought a somewhat specialty vehicle here (Hellcat) and the experience was much better than when I purchased at another dealer. The sales person, Sterling, was excellent. He was informed on the vehicles, honored his quoted price even when factory prices changed, made the trade-in experience easy, and continued to follow-up after the sale (when most sales professionals evaporate). I would gladly buy another car here. Further, the finance department was easy to work with and any optional or upcharges were clearly explained so I could make informed decisions. I usually have this part of the process and don't buy anything, but found the synthetic oil change package to be a great deal. Lastly, not sure what it takes to qualify for the program, but I received a complimentary detail at my vehicle's first service which was wonderful. Service department has also been good. I've been there for several oil changes but no material repairs (thankfully).
