2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

I was traveling through visiting the National Parks and needed a quick oil change and a noise check before I continued to my next destination. They were able to fit me in the very next morning and take care of all my issues within a short time. The staff was amiable. The best part was that I was informed about a local event. I honestly had fun and got to experience not just the parks but the town.

Traveling from out of town and I needed an oil change and fuel filter for my truck. Called and spoke to Granger who made me an appointment the next day on Saturday. She was very professional upon check in and explained the procedure and time frame we should expect it to take. The entire process went smoothly and Granger was delightful to talk to.

I was traveling from out of state and needed service asap. Granger, a service writer at Carlsbad Chevrolet got me scheduled for 8:00 AM Monday. She had a service technician discuss with me to clarify an issue and he resolved the problem with a GM tire pressure monitoring system for my RV trailer. I was out on the road by 9:00. The service I received could not have been more friendly and professional. The experience exceeded my expectations.
