2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Jailbreak Auto

We had an issue with the A/C. Our service writer was Don Hamilton. I would like to say he was very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond what was needed to get the vehicle repaired. Wallace as a dealership has always been great.

Our Salesman Alex Vazquez was outstanding! He bent over backwards to meet the numbers we needed and put us in a 2018 Chevy Colorado in excellent condition and very low mileage. The entire team was awesome and kept their word on the deal. The day I brought the truck in for new tires it had broken down on the way home. I returned immediately and they pit me in a rental and fixed it immediately! This is the second vehicle we have bought from the Wallace group. The other was a 2020 Santa Fe from Wallace Hyundai. Couldn't be any happier with the Wallace group! And a shout out to Ron the service advisor at Wallace Chevrolet! Great guy as well. Do yourself a favor if your in the market for a new or used chevy.
