The car buying experience was nearly seamless. The sales person was excellent, the finance/paperwork department was a true expert, and we are very happy with the car itself. The only suggestion that I have is the "free detail" needs a little improvement. The door frames, glass, and areas that you don't immediately see (until you get IN the car) were not cleaned. That's not a true "detail" job and I expected better work.
From Christy online and Scott taking care of purchase, almost all was handled online and was able to complete purchase with minimal effort and time at dealer. Linda was also great in Finance.
