I just want to mention how refreshing it was to not drive up to a dealership and have all the salespeople sitting out front on their phones and just jumping up and rushing the car. But that wasn't the first outstanding thing that I noticed. The first was that Joel responded to multiple emails and text messages on Sunday, which was a shock. On Monday morning he sent me a video and was excited to see us. This is the 3rd Chevy dealership that we worked with. The first two almost made me lose faith in humanity.
