2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

Steven’s Ford has remained my go to location for reliable service in the Milford area for many years. Just the other day I brought my Ford Transit van to them because of a vibration coming from the front end. I described the problem in detail to John, my service advisor. He relayed the info to his technician and within a few hours identified the source of the vibration as a bent rotor which was only possible after first exhausting all the other more likely possibilities such as tires, rims, tie rod, etc… After they diagnosed and explained the problem, I decided not to replace the rotor and simply continue driving with the vibration. John and his technician reassembled my axel and returned the rims to my van and sent me on my way free of charge! It is because of such excellent customer service that I’ve continued to bring my Transit van to Steven’s Ford since I first purchased it several years ago. They are reliable and honest and have kept me and my ride happy and healthy and on the road. Thank you John and thank you Steven’s Ford!!!

Had an untimely run-in with Murphy’s Law the day before going out of town for the holiday weekend. John managed to usher me in that day to have some highly critical repairs completed *just* under the wire—before my 3/36 warranty expires mid-month. He went out of his way to arrange a loaner car for me upon my return (despite scarce availability), kindly answered all of my pressing questions (with impeccable patience ????), remaining super informative and responsive throughout the entire process. Kham, the lovely driver whom both brought me home on ‘doomsday’ and also picked me back up to retrieve the loaner was prompt and courteous, even calling me upon his arrival. The staff here is nothing short of top-notch—efficient, helpful and friendly, to say the least!! Highly recommend.
