We went in for an inspection and walked out with a new Jeep Gladiator. Tim spent all day helping us out. He earned the sale with everything he did for us. He said he has only been there for a month. today my boyfriend and i went to black bear just to look at trucks, mind you we arrived at 7, blackbear closes at 7, but not today lol they stayed until 10:30 helping us get a new truck not even expecting too, the black bear company is outstanding to say the least! stu and zach came to speak to my boyfriend and i, they were very professional and generous, they asked what we were looking for, not looking for anything special, they helped us pick out the perfect car just for us, they stayed 3 hours after there closing time to help us! zach had even turned around after leaving when he saw us pull in! kim was called to come back and she did which is amazing to me! all of them were so on top of everything it was truly astounding, kim did amazing at helping us get everything worked out and getting a payment range that worked for us! zach did wonderful at getting us approved, he spent so long on the phone what a trooper!! all the employees were very sweet and super helpful! they all took extra time out of there evening to help us out and it’s so greatly appreciated also can’t forget about the wonderful detailer who made our new truck look so beautiful! blackbear also has amazing opportunities i highly highlyy recommend and i couldn’t push that enough this place was amazing to work with they also sent us home with a full tank of gas, no payment for the first 45 days of owning the vehicle , and the vehicle they suggested qualified to have the engine or transmission replaced for free with our lifetime drive train warranty! kim also informed us of free inspection & sticker replacement through them for as long as we own the vehicle, we were also informed we had qualified for free replacement tires and rims if we happened to pop a tire or run over a nail etc, again i highly recommend blackbear they were such a great company to work with 10/10 best company you could possibly work with when looking for a car even your first car! they’ll do everything they can to try to get you a vehicle perfect for you, blackbear and the employees of the company are outstanding ! they helped to accomplish my boyfriends dreams and made him very happy, other dealerships had told my boyfriend his previous car was worth less than $5k blackbear bought his car for $8k !he’s been let down and disappointed so many times by previous dealerships but not blackbear and we are so greatful for them they really helped us a lot everyone was so amazing we plan to make black bear our permanent dealership with all the amazing qualifications!
