From the initial contact over the phone, I was connected with John the service advisor. This was a few weeks ago. Very professional and easy going guy. Gave me all the answers to my questions regarding the service needed for my Maserati Ghibli. With very limited time, I brought my car to get the service knocked out. I made sure John was there before going and when he greeted me he noted all of my concerns and went above and beyond on taking care of everything. He could tell I was eager about all the cars there, since I am a bit of a car enthusiast I would say. We talked for a bit and he even even gave me a tour and talked to me about cars as well. He’s prompt on following up on the process and assuring me the car is being taking care of.
