As a long distance buyer, I would also say that they deserve a 5-star rating 100% ! I'm buying the car from Indiana. After I told them I was interested in this Giulia, Regime reached out to me very quickly, and communications were professional and effective. Arranging everything long-distance was also easy as a breeze! I've had the car for more than a month already, she's still doing and looking great without any single issues. For an Alfa with a very good price, I think that is a solid enough proof for their honesty and professionalism already ???? Although if I'm being 100% honest, there was still something that was not mentioned before I made the trip, like the car actually only has one key or so, but mostly just minor stuff. After I made the purchase, I drove her all the way back to Indiana for ~13 hours. She didn't even miss a beat! The drive back home was also smooth and fantastic, that's why I would vouch for their honesty and their professionalism in keeping the cars in good condition for a worry-free purchase. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in a car in their lot! Go for it! Long distances buying is also great! No issues at all ????
Thank you so much to Luis and the rest of the team at Frontline for such a great car buying experience!! They were courteous, polite, and worked with us to make sure we got the car we needed and worked with us to stay within our budget! We highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a used car! :)
Luis Lopez was our sales person. He was friendly, informative, and fun. We expressed certain issues with him and he was able to communicate said concerns to manager and our concerns were addressed in a favorable way. (Examples: back seat wouldn’t come down; auxiliary battery wasn’t included — techs were able to get the back seat down; and auxiliary battery was provided at no additional cost). I’m hoping we won’t need another vehicle anytime soon, but if we do, we would absolutely use frontline motors again.
