So our experience with KIA was a little unique. We went in for a used car that ended up with some issues (nothing that I believe KIA could of found during a test drive) and after taking it back decided a used car wasn’t for us as we didn’t want to deal with any issues down the road. Our sales man Brent Fee went above and beyond through the whole experience. At one point personally bringing my loaner vehicle to me. Never at any point did I think that KIA was not going to take care of the situation. We ended up leaving with a 2024 Carnival that I absolutely LOVE! So much that I’m trying to send my Mom to Brent for hers. He was amazing! Down to earth family man, the whole experience was very comfortable with him. Definitely gained some customer. Hopefully we won’t be back for quite a while though! ????
Patrick was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free! We were on the fence about buying but when we found that some models have lifetime warranty for engine and transmission (call Patrick for more details) we were SOLD! You won’t regret buying your next car with them ???? ????????
One of the best car buying experiences yet. Pedro was awesome! Everyone was very transparent throughout the whole process without being pushy. Even their finance manager explained the pros of the different warranties without pressure. No games going back and forth asking me what I can afford and what do I want my payments to be like I have experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff!
