I always have horrible experiences from the West Knoxville Jeeps service department. I decided to take it to this location and so glad that I did because the staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, I was in and out for an oil change and also them helping me understand how to install a mopar part I ordered. They definitely went above and beyond. The place is beautiful, very comfortable to wait and grab something to eat. The stores inside were so friendly and inviting. All around had a great experience and will only use this jeep dealer! They definitely stand out amongst any others.
I traveled to Knox from Nashville for a quick visit with my college kids. After arriving and having dinner a warning light came on my Pacifica hybrid to “service the charging system”. I immediately found the closest dealership and drove there - it was close to 8pm and the service department was closed. James and the other sales reps unlocked the door and helped me write a service request, gave me their business was card, waited for my son to pick me up, and even assisted the next day with information about the repair. After the mechanic checked it out - the error must have been a glitch. It never reappeared and I was in my way. They didn’t even charge me. I was so Impressed with everyone I dealt with and when speaking with a service rep he mentioned they are under new management and “doing things differently”. I’m not sure what it was like before but I am highly recommending this dealership.
