OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son and his girlfriend had been looking at new cars and received some pretty horrific treatment at local dealers when he called me for advice. Once he shared that they were looking for a new Honda I immediatly knew the solution to their problems and called Anthony W whom I have worked with for car deals many times over the years and recently heard he was back at a Honda store. Anthony quickly replied to my message and set them up with a salesperson named Carlos. When the arrived at the dealership Carlos greeted them promptly with polite professionalism and throughout the transaction always addressed Crystal with respect and never rushed her. Crystal shared that he went over and above answering questions and never seemd irritated as she had seen a few other salespeople act.
