I never once felt like I was being “talked down” to or that they preferred to deal with my husband. Branden, the salesperson, was very low key, not pushy, which I liked. He kept in contact, but was not intrusive. Rich was also easy to work with. All of the numbers we discussed before the final purchase were exactly the same on the day I picked up the vehicle.
