2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

Just want to give a shout out to Viva Ram for pretty much saving the day for us in a HUGE way. I'll try to keep this short. Our ram 3500 6.4 had an obnoxious exhaust leak from the drivers side manifold which ultimately put us in a position of needing a new manifold. So these manifolds for whatever reason are and have been on national back order for some time now. Happened when we had to replace the passenger side manifold two years ago, thought by now Chrysler would of had their act together, NOT! After my husband called, no lie 43 Ram dealers across the country most did not have the part but some actually did and would not sell it to us, WILD.... Literally my husbands last effort on calling a dealer to find the part, he called Viva. Needless to say not only did they have this precious part but was willing to sell it to us as the customer they had it for no longer needed it. We travel across the country full time towing our RV that we live in so our truck is our life. The receptionist that answers the phone to direct calls at Viva was the most absolute sweetest soul and had to deal with my husband a few times as to the parts department being extremely busy. So the star of the show and is worth the 5 stars is Felisha. What a key staff member for sure. Super polite, patient located the part and was willing to make sure it was the correct part for our truck. Took all our information and next day aired the Manifold to us here in Texas which we received today! It’s okay service. They get you a ride home quickly. Viva isn’t rude but pretty quiet. The last dealership before Viva they interact with customer. They give options and prices. This company. You have to tell ask them for prices and options. And last company would tell you if your vehicle has a recall on items.
