WOW! Great service! Visiting Charleston from out of town, had some vehicle problems and looked for the first Chevy dealership. Luckily, I found Crews Chevrolet. Every person I encountered was nice and helpful! They helped me right away and got me right back out on the road. Fast, friendly, effective. Could ask for nothing more.

I had a huge screw in my right front tire. I drove the car to your Service Dept after closing that evening and parked it in front of the roll up door. The express service (Jon) took care of my car first thing the next morning and got me on my way quickly. The young lady who came and transported me in the Courtesy Shuttle was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you!!

The staff at Crews Chevrolet service dept are first class all the way.. Was on a visit to Charleston from myrtle beach to see a friend. I drove my restored 1971 Chevelle SS convertible down for the day. Otw to take my friend to the airport my rear suspension arm bolt came loose and my car started to fishtail on the interstate. I limped off the road into a ford dealership service department They put it on the rack and couldn’t understand or figure out how to fix the problem. They were also very rude. I immediately knew to find a Chevy dealership and Crews Chevrolet was about 8 miles away. We limped the car again down rivers avenue into Crews Chevrolet and pulled into service bay. We immediately were greeted by 6 people taking pictures of car and made us feel appreciated and like rock stars . I asked do you have a mechanic that knows classic cars. Lady says we have one of the best. Bryan came out and said I can fix it . I’m 100 miles from home…best words I have heard in awhile. In 10 minutes he had car on the lift and new rear suspension soon bolts Installed. Checked and greased everything. All at 5pm on a Friday. Please let staff and Bryan know that they offered nothing but a first class experience and anyone and everyone should have their cars serviced at Crews
