2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

I had been searching for a specific vehicle online for over a month when I came across what I was looking for at Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Then I had to start working through the logistics of buying the truck online and figuring out a way to pick up a truck 1200 miles away. Romeo walked me through the process and eased my nerves every step of the way. I’m sure he got tired of my calls and texts with questions, but he was always very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I bought the truck online but was unable to get to Laredo to pick it up for 3 weeks, which made me very nervous. Again, Romeo eased my nerves and assured me everything was fine. My husband and I flew into Laredo airport, where Romeo picked us up and drove us to the dealership where the cute, little, white truck I bought my grandson was spotless, sitting right in front waiting for us to pick it up—just like Romeo said it would be! Went in just to look around. Didn't have hopes of being able to get into anything used much less new. But the people there went out of their way to help as much as they could. And I was able to leave with a brand new Jeep Gladiator. Thankful to all who helped out and especially Romeo Lozano.

Rodrigo went the extra mile to get us the truck we wanted. My husband had called in about a truck we saw online and another employee said it was no longer available and hung up on him. Then my husband called again and Rodrigo said he would do what is possible to get it. Long story short he got it and we are now very happy with our purchase!!!
