2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Widebody

We were looking for a used Camry and went to Toyota of Plano. Overall, it was a great experience & we will definitely return here to have the vehicle serviced. We provided the criteria we were looking for in terms of price, mileage, monthly payment, down payment, warranties, and so on. They worked out a deal to meet everything we asked for. We anticipated it being busy on a Saturday, but we were immediately greeted as we walked up to the front doors & the team member we were scheduled to meet was readily available. Everyone we interacted with (the salesperson, the used car managers, the finance manager) was kind and helpful. The process was smooth and easy, any questions we had were answered. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota or used vehicle!

Toyota of Plano made the car buying experience super easy and as stress free as car buying can be. This was my first car purchase completely on my own, so I was incredibly anxious about the entire process going in. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was immediately met by Ethan at the front. He had me in the 4Runner I wanted to test drive within minutes. He explained everything in the car in great detail and taught me how to use all the bells and whistles (my previous car was very much a base model- I had no idea what most of these new features were). They were very transparent about the value of my trade in (which was completely fair). It did take a while to finally get in with the finance department but once I was able to meet with KC, he was wonderful and it was a quick process from there. While I don’t anticipate having to buy another car for a very long time, I will be recommending Toyota of Plano to anyone interested in purchasing a new car and will definitely be using them for all of my service needs! I could not be more pleased with the experience and am so happy with my dream car!
