Both shuttle drivers were nice and got me there and back smoothly. They had a good estimate for overall time it would take. Checkin and out process was quick and simple.
My car was finished in the time frame I had been told, and it was nice and clean when I got it back. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my car was there from Wednesday to Friday and I had no updates from the dealership on Thursday as to whether or not the necessary parts had arrived or whether they still thought my car would be done on Friday. But I do appreciate that they stuck to the time frame originally given and they got me a shuttle to and from my house when I dropped off and picked up my car. I really appreciate that service!
