I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Moe Mosley at Midwest Auto South on February 2 of this year, 2024. I found Moe to be professional in every way, and he had no issue with my bringing out my mechanic, who inspected the car thoroughly. I felt no pressure to buy, and everything that Moe told me about the vehicle, his dealership, the price and the paperwork to be straightforward and just as he said. Nothing had been concealed or given a short-term fix, and with the minor problems with the vehicle that I and my mechanic found, Moe responded to appropriately. If one is not a mechanic or somehow in the automobile industry it is diffficult to purchase a vehicle with confidence, especially a used one. This places an enormous weight on the seller to be honest and forthcoming. Besides being pleasant to work with, Moe is unquestionably honest and forthcoming. I would go back to him in a heartbeat--but I suspect that I will not need to buy another car for a long time.

I bought my '12 Volvo XC60 AWD here back in April(it's now end of November). Moe was very accommodating to my father, my 10 year old daughter, and me. I originally came in right before they closed with my dad and daughter after finding the vehicle online, and comparing prices and looking up reviews. After a short test drive I fell in love with the car, and my daughter was over the moon with all the extra bells and whistles for her(heated rear seats, a/c in the back, and panoramic sun roof). I wouldn't have the money to buy it until the next day around 1pm- and he graciously allowed us to come in the next day to buy it. He was going out of the country with his family that day and still made sure I was able to do the transaction. It's been 7 months since buying the car, and I still love it and it drives. The check engine light popped on during the extremely hot summer in July- however it was due to an O2 sensor and wasn't any fault to this dealership. The car has continued to run amazing, has gotten me from a road trip to Branson and back, and my daughter loves riding in it with me. Absolutely would recommend this dealership to anyone.
