2018 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I bought a 2018 wrangler from here off of their website and they shipped it to Kansas. They were personable, communicative and willing to work with me. THEN......the thermostat froze up and caused my radiator to blow. And would you believe it a used car shop actually honored their limited warranty. I was floored. They are honest and trust worthy and men of their word. What more can you ask for.

Amazing experience start to finish! Saw my dream car online at their dealership this past Sunday. Called up in hopes of seeing the car that same day since I live three hours away and wanted to avoid weekday traffic. Despite their showroom being closed, the owner Joe answered and arranged for one of his sales team to meet me later in the day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt S who was awesome! The car was even more perfect than the photos and Matt was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me going over the car. (As an aside, I was rear-ended on the drive up there and Matt also helped inspect the condition of my current car and assess the damage as well as calm me down!). I purchased the car and in the ensuing days working out the arrangements, my every call, text, email and question was answered in record time. The car was delivered just two days later and I could not be happier. with the car or the service. I highly recommend Modern Auto!

I NEVER write reviews but my experience with David P at Modern Auto Sales was truly exceptional. I had been looking for a Saab 9-3 convertible that was clean with low miles and because they are so rare they move quick. I loved how he sent me a few videos of all angles including the undercarriage of the car and showed numerous pages of their inspection/repair process. We had a deal in less than 24 hours. David was very responsive which meant a lot as I am a busy professional. Great place to work with!
