2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

I bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from Oviedo. My experience with them restored my faith in some car dealerships. No dealer add-ons, no hidden pricing, just straight up people. To go further, Mr. Oviedo’s Integrity is next to none… And here is why: When I went and drove the truck, we got back to the parking lot and there was oil dripping out from underneath the vehicle. Identified the source, and Mr. Oviedo called me personally and guaranteed that he would fix it before we went through with the sale. Come to find out, the oil fill cap was not put on correctly, and oil was spilling out of the crank case. But Mr. Oviedo still honored his 90 day warranty and put it in writing for me also. That was two weeks ago, and no leaks have occurred. It was just a simple mistake oil cap installed. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, look no further than Oviedo Dodge.

My car suddenly had an issue and needed service. I didn't have an appointment but dropped the vehicle off so they could look at it whenever they had time. I received a call with an estimate later the same day and all work was completed promptly! Absolutely fantastic service!
