Land Rover South Bay is by far the best service department I have used for my 2020 Defender. Evan, my service advisor was very prompt and efficient in his intake process and keeping me informed of the process. He also was easy to contact and responded to my texts. I bought a mint condition Jeep Gladiator (2020) from a saleswoman named Litsy. I will absolutely recommend this saleswoman and this dealership to friends. The process was easy, friendly, and fun. Litsy Marquez easily answered all my questions or simply referred a couple of questions to her senior associate. Obviously Land Rover people are not Jeep experts, but I feel like the vehicle I purchased was fairly represented in the ad and pricing. Extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase and the experience.

This is our local dealership and we have all of our service done here; also recently bought out our lease here. The facilities are impeccable, clean and comfortable… and the staff in all departments I have worked with has been super friendly and helpful.
