2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

Morris was amazing, and went above and BEYOND to help our family as we were having issues with our vehicle. We were traveling through town on a Saturday afternoon with a loaded vehicle full of people, dogs, and luggage on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving. With hours of travel behind us, and still a full day of driving ahead of us we decided to stop for lunch. It was then that we became stranded due to computer/battery issues. When we called Legacy for over the phone assistance to help possibly walk us through the process to fix our problem, Morris informed that his service team was out for the remainder of the day, however he took it upon himself and drove 20 minutes to where we were! He then took the time to get appropriate tools, etc that were needed to fix our issue. He got us back on the road! He was an angel that day, and we will never forget his kindness and compassion to our family. He didn't have to come out to where we were, he didn't have to go get the tools needed, he didn't have to then fix our issues. We were very lucky that day, and Legacy Chevrolet GMC is lucky to have Morris as an associate on their team! Thank you, Morris!!
