2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

This was my first time experience at car dealership and it was great. My salesman Bernard was great and finance manager. Both were well trained, had caring attitude and knowledgeable. Bernard knew exactly what I wanted and he made it happen for me. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend Hall Nissan and salesman to my friends and family.

The experiences I have had with Mile One and Hall Nissan VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents have relayed how thrilled they are with the purchasing experience. Fast forward to this week I noticed my daughter was due for service on her vehicle. I contacted Mile One who handles this for Hall Nissan VB. Brandi was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. She was able to accommodate my pick up time request for early in the morning the very next day. What I loved the most about the service was the constant contact you receive. I got a text message when they left Hall and was on the way to pick up the vehicle along with a tracker so I knew exactly where they were at all times. While in route I received a 10 minute and 3 minute alert advising me where they were. Once they promptly arrived Jasper and Robert were professional and accommodating. I advised them I desperately needed the vehicle back by a certain time and they promised me they would alert the technicians and try their best to make it happen. And to my surprise I received the vehicle back within 2 hours as promised in perfect condition and service allowing my daughter was able to get to her school practice in time. Overall I am thankful for the pick up and delivery service Hall offers. 10/10 ... highly recommend.

I went into Hall feeling unsure and defeated when it came to my trade in situation. Going thru a divorce needing some good news in my life. I feel like the team at Hall knew what I needed. Each associate from service, sales and finance were a blessing !!! I said I was not coming back after my last purchase but I'm so glad I did. I love my new car and do not regret the decision. And am appreciative for the support and world class service I received that Dat in the dealership. I would recommend Andrea with Hall to anyone looking to make the decision to purchase a new vehicle. She was so patient and listened to my needs.
