Superlative handling of communications and other actions associated with an ordered vehicle. Sales rep Eddie personable, knowledgeable, helpful. So far so good with using the vehicle. I believe the trade-in process could be refined by more closely associating it with the order than the delivery. I probably could have had it happen that way but this isn't something I do every day (or decade for that matter). It occurred to me at some point during the wait for the vehicle I had never been asked how I intended to pay for it.

The most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. From initial conversations with Desire, quick decisions by the sales manager Mike and all the support staff with Sunny and John, they made a purchase very simple and easy. Super friendly people. They even picked me up from the airport to make it all happen. Definitely hope to buy from them again.
