2020 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

My second time here, first time had a nail in my tire and second for oil change & rotate tires. The staff friendly, professional and quick service. Made me very comfortable. A nice secure feeling! So happy with my 2024 Chevy trax and this dealership & service dept!

This is a great place to get a car. I went multiple places looking and Thomas, my sales person and his manager Mike went above and beyond. They did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was In a vehicle that was affordable, In My budget and will last me a good while, AT LEAST ten years. Darlene helped close out the deal and she was extremely friendly and personable. I recommend Fitzgerald to anyone that is struggling to find a car in this very very hard economy. Not only were Thomas, Darlene and Mike amazing all day (we were with them about 5 hours) but the entire staff that was working was so friendly. Every time someone walked by they gave a "hello how are you" and as someone who works in customer service it's great to see the other employees engaging in customers that they aren't helping. Again 5 stars you guys are great!

Service was GREAT. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the car ready to view and test drive. Never felt pressured or rushed. Tom was very helpful with sitting up our test drive and keeping in contact with us. Darleen in finance was easy to understand and very through. Our whole experience was extra pleasant. Thank you all for helping us to make our grandson a proud Chevy owner
