Finding a reputable Diesel Mechanic and shop is harder and harder nowadays. I’ve been working with Capital for 3 years now and have not had a bad experience. Service Writers Radi and Amy are friendly and do not pressure you with additional service work. Their recommendations are appropriate and timely. Scheduling service work is frictionless. The shop is clean and the waiting room is spotless. Pretty good coffee too. The big deal for me is the free drop off and pick up shuttle. Saving the indignity of an Uber. The Shuttle driver, Marco is a friendly chap who will contact you and pick you up on time. The service work is textbook and the fees, well, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. If you are a loyal to Capital they occasionally send some really good service coupons which takes the edge off the total price. Bottom line- for me, Capital’s service has been accurate, clean, appropriate and trustworthy.
