2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

First off, I want to say that Arturo was such an amazing salesman! He was never pushy, he didn't try to up sale me or pressure me into anything that I wasn't interested in. He was friendly from the first approach to me and I knew I wanted to speak with him first when I saw him and others waiting to assist. I was only curious to see a 2023 Nissan rogue but when my brother showed me the one I bought, Arturo was very knowledgable and wonderful! He listened to my questions and didn't make me feel like I couldn't ask him things without sounding dumb. He did his absolute best to get me the best deal on my car and I'm so glad I spoke with him!! He was so humble and he truly is the best salesman I've ever met and such an amazing soul! I bought my second car through an actual dealership. It started with a friend of a friend that sent me there. To IPAC And my finance specialist name was Luis and he had a young man by the name of Clifford. Believe me he’s the only Clifford there. The night that we went to go see some trucks ???? it was faith, as we were driving in he was outside. And we parked and we went inside to talk with Mr. Luis his office is in the back! And Clifford walked us to the back. We talk and gave our information. And he calls Clifford to go and take us around show us some trucks. Well the truck he drove us in. Is the one we chose.?? To this day day Clifford has been helping us. Making sure all our needs have been met and questions answered. We are very pleased to have met Luis and Clifford. At IPAC I highly recommended this dealership. They helped us out with all the financial matters and helping to get decent payments. From Daniel and Juan and Bob smooth talker. And Sweet Erik Guerra, I enjoyed talking to him as he helped us by insurance. That same night. I want to thank them. But this review is for the outstanding work Clifford did and to this day is still helping us with all the final paperwork to complete the full process. If you need someone that will help you to the end it’s Clifford. I’m gonna warn you, he’s going to make you feel like he’s part of your family. He is a people person. Extremely polite, I actually saw him like a son that’s how comfortable, I felt with him. If you’re going to go buy a vehicle go to IPAC and ask for Clifford. It's been about a week since we've had our vehicle and all though my husband already did a review I feel the need to do one also. We went in looking at a 2020 GMC Terrain, unfortunately it was sold moments before we got there.. but the sales man that helped us had something even better, it was a 2023 GMC Terrain. We test drove it and instantly fell in love. Ruben our sales guy was soo helpful and patient with us even staying after hours to help us get this deal done. We were soo excited to drive it off the lot that same night! It was a true blessing! I thank my mom for referring us to Ruben and I thank Ruben for getting the deal done! We LOVE the new care, literally the smoothest ride I've had!
