Went in looking for a vehicle for just my mom at the time. By chance asked a wonderful Salesman (Eric) what they had for decent deals on RAM’s at the time. He had me in the truck of my dreams within moments. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Jim Shorkey Youngstown. I worked with Eric who was just awesome! He was able to answer any questions I had. Had a lot of knowledge about the car I was buying. Never made me feel pressured and was able to get me what I wanted. The sales manager Chuck was also available to answer questions and definitely made for a relaxed, fun environment. Also, Deanna in finance was also awesome! They all valued your time and listened! Great experience, and I'm very happy with my car!
Had the best experience purchasing my first Jeep Wrangler! Olivia Roberts made the whole process so smooth, she even drove through many snow storms to get the vehicle and color I wanted!!! I highly recommend going here!!! Thanks to all the staff as well!!!
