2023 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto AWD

I purchased a Mach-e GT Mustang from Capital Ford at the Charlotte location around two weeks ago. I have purchased multiple vehicles for my businesses from Capital Ford but from other Capital Ford locations with great results and satisfaction. I was a co-owner of a franchise dealership a few years back and I can tell you first hand, when you are managing the sale of over a hundred units a month, it can be like herding cats dealing with each and every salesperson. In complete honesty, the first salesperson that assisted me left a lot to be desired and was not very professional. After working with the salesperson, I had no desire to purchase a car from this location. Mike Nysteom one of Capital Fords managers stepped into the situation and worked very hard to correct things, Mike got things back on track. Mike was extremely professional and maintained great communications at all times He did an extremely great job of listening. Mike went above the call of duty to make a bad situation great. He connected me with a new sales person Ryan Morgan that was an extreme pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Capitol Ford's Charlotte location. Hats off to Mike Nysteom and Ryan Morgan for doing an incredible job of representing Capital Ford Charlotte. I will always give them first opportunity of any truck or car purchase in my future. I had the best experience while shopping and researching for a car. I made contact with a great salesman Mr. Lennie. He was nice, attentive, and patient. He helped me through all of my questions. Showed me a great selection of vehicles. And was very knowledgeable. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle that day but, Mr. Lennie never wavered in his professionalism and thoughtfulness.
