I saw the most perfect, beautiful blue low mileage used Audi TT on the YC Auto Group website, at a very competitive price, so KNEW I had to see it before someone else scooped it up. I called Mustafa to see if he could meet me on the next day I had available: New Years Day. Even though it was his day off, and a holiday (obviously), he was more than happy to meet me at my leisure. It was a bit of a drive to Pittsburg from San Jose, but well worth it. He met me and my husband and showed us the car. We drove it and were hooked. The process was extremely easy with no pressure. Mustafa offered more than a fair price for my exchange, which, although a lovely car in good shape, did have 150,000 miles, so I know Mustafa was being nice. And their Finance guy, Alvin, was very helpful in getting a very competitive rate on a loan for us. I was YC Auto Group's FIRST sale of 2023, and they have been wonderful in following up with me to make sure I'm happy and all is well.
