2021 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto AWD

We had a great experience with Best Buy Auto, when we purchased a vehicle with them, the Dealers were polite and very helpful to find the perfect fit. The owner is honest and kept his word with holding the vehicle even though we lived a couple hours away. At the end of the day we drove home in a nice little car and a great fit for what we needed. I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander in November of 2022 The Jeep worked fine for around 2 Months. I start having popping noises in the from end. I was told by a mechanic in the The Twin Cities there where bearing problems but more concerning your Transfer Box is out. I had a car note on the Jeep could not afford a huge car repair. I thought I would have to junk the vehicle. I called Chuck the owner of Best Buy Auto and told him about the issues I was having. Chuck said I dont want you to be dissatisfied bring it in let's look at the Jeep. Chuck said at the end of the call thanks for alerting me of the problem. I expected that the Dealer would say sorry you bought it as is. Chuck and his son Chris worked tirelessly on the vehicle. The Jeep was in the shop for sometime I got a call from Chris apologizing for the repair taking so long. I just said I appreciate that your working on My Jeep. I got the Jeep back and it works Great. Chuck Chris and the whole staff at Best Buy Auto are PROFESSIONALS!!!! I will definitely buy from them again. I also work with customers and will recommend them to buy at Best Buy Auto.
