Saved on a Saturday! We live in South Carolina and our children attend a summer camp in the area each summer. Just after picking up the kids, a part that aids the radiator failed and our vehicle began to overheat, making it impossible to drive. Champion service center was recommended to us. I thought, no way are they going to get us in last minute on a Saturday. I used the text service provided on their website and immediately received a personal call from the head of their service department. We brought the vehicle to Champion and the vehicle was under diagnostic within 15 minutes. It was determined that the part that had failed was unavailable - but no problem, they just fabricated a better one on the spot!! All completed within the time it took us to enjoy breakfast in town. Absolutely unbelievable! We've been back on the road for days with smooth sailing. Incredible service, patient in explaining things to me and providing me with options. I know more about radiator parts then I ever thought I would and had a completely stress free morning and drive home. Thank you Champion!!

Very efficient, very friendly, one of the most customer oriented dealer service departments I have dealt with in years. Brian runs a most responsive department. I dislike dealing with dealer service departments in past experience both with my fleet of E-350 vans or my personal vehicles. Champion Edinboro is certainly the exception.

Had a great experience with Brian and his team as they troubleshot my fusion and found the cause to leaking coolant and bad gas mileage. They worked well with my warranty company and got me what was needed. Always pleasant to work with!
