Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was hesitant at first going to a smaller dealership but Beth was so incredibly kind and informative during my purchasing process. I came from 2hrs away and she had the truck warmed up and ready to go for me when I arrived. The entire week prior to purchasing, she answered all my questions (even out of the dealership hours), she gave me a fair value for my trade and was patient with me while I was working things out with my finance lender. Mike and Beth stood by their word when I had an issue with the car I purchased from them. They would not have known about the problem when I bought the car, but it made itself known shortly after. Mike spent hours and dollars to fix the issue. I’m grateful to him and Beth, love my car, and would buy another car from them.
