2017 Dodge Challenger GT

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Steven made it a smooth and easy transaction for me. I drove from Louisville and he had all my financing and paperwork ready. All I did was sign and drive away. The Jeep is super clean and exactly as advertised..if not better. 10/10

I do not like the hassle of buying cars, new or used. So when my daughter needed to purchase her first car I was dreading the process. After doing our due diligence we drove the 45 minutes to Velocity because they had the two models we were most interested in. I came in expecting a battle, but was delightfully surprised with the lack of high pressure techniques. Everything was easy and so transparent. Steven went above and beyond to help my daughter get approved for the loan. I recommend you give Velocity a chance when you are looking for a quality used vehicle.

I always dread buying a new car, which is why I have driven the same clunker for years. But it was finally time to make the leap so I started researching the vehicle that I wanted. I had looked at all the big dealerships in the area and had made a list of all the potential vehicles I wanted to test drive. Then I came across Velocity Auto Source and had some reservations since I had never heard of them before. But after reading the reviews, I was SOLD. I called and confirmed the vehicle I wanted to test drive was still available. Upon arrival, I met the woman I talked to on the phone (don't remember her name....sorry!!) and she was so friendly and welcoming. Then I met Eric, the owner, as well as Steven, the lone salesman. I immediately felt good, honest vibes and was so impressed by the lack of pushiness. They made the process so comfortable and were so laid back. I will NEVER buy a vehicle anywhere else from now on. They have made me a customer for life!! Don't walk...RUN....to Velocity Auto Source. It was a great experience from start to finish.
