2019 Dodge Challenger GT Plus Auto

My experience with Fred Anderson Toyota has been nothing but excellent and refreshing and so far Tina Koehlke (Service Manager) has been helpful in every way imaginable making my experience amazing. Tina treats you with respect and actually shows empathy/compassion for issues you have/are experiencing and is nothing but friendly (I don't even think you could make her mad or at least that's how you feel when working with her she has such a great attitude). It has been nice to be treated with not only great customer service but also as a human being and given solutions not lip service or excuses. My family has been Toyota owners going back to the family who originally owned the Toyota Dealership when it was a small building on Fowler Street, unfortunately since they sold many years ago I have had to deal with AutoNation Toyota of Ft. Myers and have had nothing but poor service with AutoNation Toyota of Ft. Myers along with Sarasota Toyota (I will NEVER deal with either of those dealerships again after so many lies, poor treatment, poor customer service, not granting warranties or warranty parts and even putting on AFTERMARKET parts not TOYOTA OEM when it was a warranty issue, and much more I could go on about). I am so happy this dealership exists and feel treated like family. I look forward to many years of a good customer relationship with Fred Anderson of Cape Coral Toyota. Had a wonderful experience today at Fred Anderson Toyota Cape Coral. Luis Ferrer, my salesman was amazing, took care of us and demonstrated high motivation to sell, very diligent without being pushy and very pleasant and polite while being informative.
