I recently went to Toyota hoping to trade my 4Runner for something better, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the experience was 100% better than I could have hope for. We went today to get more info on a car we seen on there website. Our experience with car lots and car salesman in the valley have been very negative. So our hopes weren't high when we pulled in to Kalispell Toyota, But our opinion quickly changed a few minutes after we were greeted by a gentleman named Chris Aronson. Within minutes of introducing ourselves, Chris made us comfortable and not pressured. He wasn't an "aggressive/pushy" car salesman that we dealt with in the past. He got to know my son & I and figured out our needs and wants. He was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail and made us comfortable that we were making the right decision.
