He went above and beyond to make sure I get my “Blueberry “ He made me feel welcomed, important, part of the family.

We were traveling to Aspen and our service throttle light came on..We found Mike Ward Maserati in a web search and headed that direction.. We were welcomed in on a moments notice… A scan was performed and nothing major found.. We were on our way with the service light reset and assured that we were okay to continue our vacation within an hour.. Sally and I cannot thank the service advisor Jason Klein and the technician Robert Kincaid enough!

After a couple of months shopping for a car had the wonderful experience of visiting Mike Ward Maserati. I was first greeted by Karis, who was absolutely wonderful. She offered me a drink, coffee or a snack from the full coffee bar. She asked the reason for my visit and I told her I was interested in a Maserati. A few minutes later I was introduced to Tom Von Bank. I explained to Tom that I was looking at the Maserati Levante. Tom was an encyclopedia of knowledge. After a little while I was able to drive the car and was very impressed. I had to admit that I had been looking at Porsche, but it was nowhere near as exciting to drive! Brett Suder later joined in to assist Tom with my needs. After making a decision to buy it Bob and Bret started running the numbers. These two guys work seamlessly together to make things happen! I genuinely appreciate all the effort in getting the numbers where I needed them to be. A little while later I was in the finance department with Marium who was absolutely wonderful! While I was waiting for my car to be detailed Mike Ward personally introduced himself and thanked me for my business. What a great guy, so down-to-earth! I told Mike about my experience with his staff and how wonderful everyone was and how professionally everyone treated me. I have to say this was my best car buying experience ever! And I absolutely love my new car! I could not be happier with the entire process.
