Patrick Beverly is a 5 Star Service Rep! He helped me navigate warranty and maintenance plans for my car that was in the service department after a weekend visit. After the inconvenience of having to leave my car 200 miles from home I was a bit nervous. After connecting with Patrick everything took off in the right direction. This is the best service experience I have ever had. I feel like it was due to Patrick's awesome customer service starting with the way he thoroughly answered my questions (and there were many since this was happening long distance) I won't hesitate to recommend the All Star Kia's Service Department.
