My husband & I recently purchased a new vehicle from Mike. NEVER have we encountered such a wonderful sales experience, from start to finish! I was very satisfied with my experience. I brought my vehicle in for the recall on anti theft software upgrade. The also repaired an issue I was having with the ignition key stuck. The mechanic did an excellent job of repair and all at a very reasonable price.

The folks at Fargo Kia were all helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. I had a tight schedule on a road trip, needed a new 12 volt battery for my Kia hybrid, but Duluth couldn’t get one in until middle of next week. They located one in Fargo (on my way). The guys in service desk not only installed the battery in a timely way despite my not having an appointment on Saturday AM, but ran some diagnostics and kindly explained my wiring issues. They made me feel well cared for and the cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend these folks for careful and caring service!!!!
