Last week I brought home this beauty and I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Living two hours away from this dealership was the ONLY hard part about the process. Other than that- Autumn Houser made the car buying experience so much less intimidating. She was professional & honest, quick to answer any questions I had, and most of all she was very personable! We had a great experience with JR and Sue. We live about two hours away from the dealership so the process first began via email. JR sent us videos of the car we were coming to look at and answered a lot of our questions prior to us driving down. The day of, he was extremely helpful and kind and followed up the next day to see how our drive home was. He showed us what every button in our car did, walked us through the app and gave as much information as possible.
