I had a very positive experience during a stressful time at Flow Hyundai of Charlottesville. We just bought a Hyundai Tucson from them a few days ago. The sales process was actually pretty straightforward and easy. It wasn't high pressure, and we felt like we could ask lots of questions and get honest answers. We purchased a Hyundai from another dealership in Staunton in 2019 and we did not feel like they were honest with us about a few things, but this time we went to Flow Hyundai and the experience was much better.
