I've been going here for routine vehicle maintenance since the Madisonville Toyota closed. The service department is responsive and cutting edge. Now, there is mobile service and texting options making appointments even easier. Yesterday's visit was fast and honored a coupon making it cheaper than anywhere else and performed by experts! The waiting area is comfortable. Its easy for me to work at the may counter spaces, walk outside without being hounded, or just watch the big screen TV. Long live my Toyota ??
There is no way to avoid the ladder in the freeway that flew from the car in front of me. I knew I had damage right away. I drove straight to the Huntsville Toyota dealership and they immediately took my car in and started working on it letting me know what was wrong. Service representative Jessica treated this incident as an emergency making sure that I was informed about every move that was being made. Getting me a rental car, letting me know how long it would take to have the work done are some of the things that made the experience not so painful. Thank you for the combined efforts from everyone that played a part in getting me back on the road rapidly. Awesome job!
