1st class service all the way. Been in for several oil changes along with a tire purchase and detailed cleaning on our challenger that had a run in with an unknown substance that almost brought the wife to tears. Really friendly environment the salesmen weren’t pushy when I walked in. As far as the negotiating and overall buying experience it was the best I’ve experienced. I wasn’t hassled to buy thousands of dollars worth of warranties and extra services. I picked what I wanted added and if I declined a service that was it. Would highly recommend uptown to anyone.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Uptown, and service both 100% with them. The staff if polite, professional, and through. I know quite a bit of the service professionals by name now, and I have NEVER had a poor experience.
